Pro Gaming Events Calendar
As of 19 January, we are still standing by for
the CPL to announce the details of their 2007 Pro
Gaming World Tour for Counter-Strike 1.6 and
Quake III. Check back for details, as we will be
posting them as soon as the news breaks.

Gears of War Massive Online Pro Tournament!
Begins 22 January, 2007

Major League Gaming's competition will run for five weeks. 4X4 pro
teams will compete against each other for fairly respectable prize
money.

Due to the amazing turnout for
MLG's first GoW Pro Tournament
(160 teams),  they are opening another 160 team Pro Tournament.
an additional 160-team online tournament.

Because of the sophistication of gameplay mechanics, it looks like
Gears of War could push out my beloved Halo as the arena of
choice in pro gaming... at least until Halo 3 comes out. We don't
think Bungie is going to get caught napping.
